UK Mainland delivery is free of charge for all orders except Magnetic Sleep Systems.
Delivery charges apply to each order which contains one or more Magnetic Sleep Systems or is to be delivered outside of the UK mainland.

Please note that our Courier Delivery Service cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

Deliveries are made between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

A signature is required as proof of receipt of the goods.

Please supply a contact number when ordering, which can be forwarded to the Courier.

Price on Asking

We use an excellent Courier Deliver Service for UK mainland addresses and overseas deliveries.

In certain circumstances, customs or other charges may be applied by the receiving country. This is out of our control, and the recipient will be fully liable for any charges incurred.

Any order for UK delivery valued at more than £35 is sent by Courier and insured, therefore the package will require a signature upon receipt.

You should specify a delivery address and contact number, where someone can sign for safe receipt of the items.

VAT

Our products are not currently subject to VAT and the prices on this site are the final prices.

Payment Methods

The total order cost will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time the order is made. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo. All card transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Please note that we are under no obligation to accept any order placed by you and we will not be treated as having accepted any such order until you have received confirmation from us that we have done so. This confirmation will be by e-mail.

Refund policy

In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If there is an error in fulfilment of your order, please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request return of print or gift items before a refund will be issued.
